From Indian to Chinese takeaways, café's and coffee shops galore, our famous Jingling Lane chippy, long standing pubs like The Orange Tree and Red Dragon with some of the best classic pub grub you could wish for. The Royal Hotel if you prefer more of a gastro pub menu, Avanti for the Italian lovers and Plato's for the bistro menu seekers. Or venture a little further afield to The Highwayman at Burrow, The Lunesdale in Tunstall, The Plough at Lupton or The Black Labrador at Underbarrow.
Drink
We're lucky enough to have our very own Brewery at The Royal Barn in Kirkby Lonsdale. This unique venue boasts 12 handpulls and 8 keg taps along with an extensive collection of over 60 different craft beers from around the world. A venue for all occasions as after all: when isn’t there a good time for a perfectly crafted pint?!
